If you have an emergency it’s best to just drive then relay on them you will be waiting for over 40 mins so just keep on driving till you get to the hospital.

Great Services, & i wish you all the best during the covid situation! Thank you for your service. However, who ever is in charge of billing should be replaced. I mean come on, you all charge ridiculous amounts for simply transporting someone during an EMERGENCY. What's the other option? Call an uber?! Be realistic with the area you are serving. Most people can't afford the extremely inflated prices for the services that are unfortunately needed at times. Be thoughtful of the people you help.

I have no complaints about their services. The were able to help my husband quick enough. But I have been calling since last week, looking for my husbands glasses. I have talked to 4 people, giving them all the info needed. They tell me the same thing, we need to talk to the supervisor. Well I don’t know how busy the supervisor is or what kind of system they have that I need to continue giving them the same information. But this is very unprofessional and irresponsible! I just want to know if they have his glasses or if I need to proceed with something else. Do I need to call the authorities to go check for me? How hard can this be? That they have no time to look. Meanwhile my husband is still in the hospital and probably wondering where his glasses are!!!

Angela Garza - Question ?? Did they send you an Invoice? And did that invoice remove the your insurance coverage leaving you with a balance still owed? Last, were you still required to pay after the operation of ambulance without working AC and the breakdown during transportation? Hope you weren't or serious violation and that of the operation of an ambulance non compliant vehicle. Thanks

I'm uninsured and my bill came out to 1786. I was charged as follows: 1200 is the base ER ambulance 115 for oxygen 25 per mile (I was taken 10.9 miles 272) 198 routine emergency supplies (I assume this is the IV. I disputed this charge because all they did was stick me for nothing, blowing out my vein and as a result the paramedic had to remove the IV. I didn't get a new one.) Your bill may be different but I hope my experience helps someone. Healthcare in this country is a joke. This isn't even counting the Dr and ER bills!
