My car was issued an 80 citation for parking on the street. However, that same day as the supposed incident, I have proof my car was never there. It was over 60 miles away, parked at Brownsville International Airport (with definitive proof). They are as incompetent as they are shady. Personally, if I was the homeowners who the fine was levied against, I'd move as far away as possible and never pay a dime again to this HOA. Stay away or they might make things up just to squeeze some money out of you too.

I would like to find a house by Spring so I can enjoy swimming, working out, and visiting with all the wonderful people that live in that area.
