8:43 am and the older gentleman serving said he was out of sausage and had no bacon for anything... mind you at 8:43 in the morning

This was and is the first and last Stripes Convenience Store I've ever been at, and I would have to say that it is by far the best one in the history of mankind. I was doing a survey at the location not too long ago, and I was passing by maybe the most beautiful painting I have ever seen, which reminded me of this store. I had to come back and review it, the staff there is above and beyond the Call of Duty. If I was in a platoon full of soldiers that I knew I would never get to see ever again, I would get every single last one of the staff there in my platoon. I trust them with my country as well as my life. The food there might be a little difficult to order as I didn't exactly know how the process was, but the selection is just spectacular. The food there reminds me of the foods back home, tacos and burritos just like Mom used to make. All in all, if I can give this store two thumbs-up I would find several people so that I can give it several thumbs up at the same time. Do yourself a favor and make this the one Pit Stop you'll never forget, just like me.

Overall, it's an okay store and that is all I'm willing to call it. It's close to home and in a very close proximity to homes, the school, and the hotel. However, the hot food station (not LTC) is neglected almost all the time. Burritos are dry and left out for so long that the bean filling is bursting out of the burrito and tastes like grit. On top of that, it's hardly half stocked. I must have gotten there at bad times, but it always seems to be the case. Customer service is good and drinks are plentiful. This store does get amazingly busy, so beware!

This has got to be one of the quicker stripes for tacos period. This stripes always gives excellent service. I have never had a bad experience here. I always recommend this location to friends. Because the ones in edinburg and the surrounding cities just are not as good as this one.

I got a fountain drink there. After taking a drink of it mouth went numb and started puking. Called and told the manager the situation and she says nothing is wrong with fountain drinks. Just wanted to prevent other customers for the same situation. She didnt care. Horrible Service.
