Been without power in San Juan Texas for 12 hours already, this is freaking ridiculous. The steer behind me had power all day/night never once did they lose it but us on the other hand haven’t gotten a single truck to come by and fix the situation and it’s been 12 hours of us freezing inside this house with no warmth aside from blankets which stop helping after a certain amount of time.

Light has been out since Saturday 25 were Monday now you guy saying we’re not having light until august just because of money wise we all pay our bills for a reason! My 200 worth of groceries have been total loss,had to buy a freaking generator because I have a two year old where I have to put a fan for him not to sleep sweaty and sticky. You guys better have a heart to not charge the “regular” bill because my street on my side only don’t have light! Next time be prepared for these kind of situations I can imagine how it would be if this was not even category one!!
Listening and reading about how many households were out of power during and after hurricane Hanna makes me realize how hard AEP worked to get us all back on. Was it convenient, no. Can I blame AEP for the outage, no again. I wasn’t the first to get my power back but I’m glad I got it back. Thank you AEP for providing all of us with service during these unprecedented times.
