Our service technician Derek was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our tires were safe enough to drive. We just went for a nail in our tire and he had 2 tires replaced that we weren’t even aware of the tears in them. Thank u Derek for your help and great customer service

Took my Tundra in for scheduled maintenance plus a cosmetic issue. Was immediately taken care of by my service advisor Mr. Bernal. The cosmetic issue required for a part to be ordered. Not only did Mr. Bernal have my vehicle serviced and handed back to me within the hour, he went above and beyond call of duty and was able to obtain the part needed to fix my cosmetic truck issue as well. Thank you Toyota of Pharr for having a dedicated employee like Mr. Bernal taking care of customer issues. Definitely be back for future services.
I just bought a Toyota tundra 2021 I had a burned blinker on front driver side. I took my vehicle yesterday at 9:30 AM and they could not find the problem at 3 PM finally They find the problem. But they didn’t have the part! I had to pick up the vehicle take it home. next morning I was able to just go to the Advance Auto and buy the bulb for 7. The vehicle is under warranty they did not have a light ball to replace. This service manager was very unfamiliar with the vehicle did not really understood how to troubleshoot and I feel sorry for him to be in that position. I don’t even know what to do if there is something seriously wrong with the vehicle next time. I may have to take it to San Antonio or Austin. I don’t believe any of the reviews in here. I think these are all done by their web master and some of their own employees.
Did you know if you trade in a vehicle that still has GAP on it you should get the money back as soon as the vehicle loan is paid off? It's been almost a year and I haven't received a dime. They're liars and crooks. They keep you in the dark for a quick buck.
Primarily visited dealership for factory maintenance and I walked out with a brand new vehicle. Our salesman, Heriberto Luna, went above and beyond my expectations. The best experience I've had at a dealership. He works very quickly and is very helpful. You can tell he loves his job and is a man of his word. I would highly recommend him to anyone in search of trading in/buying their vehicle.
