The employees here are always friendly. They go out of their way to make sure customers are satisfied with purchases and service. I love supporting a local business over the big box stores and I'm glad Phenix City has this great place.

A very nice woman (Megan -hope i spelled that correctly) answered the phone and they were probably closed or about too. She took the time to answer all my questions. Made sure the items were in stock. Gave me the prices and was as nice as a person could be. Tractor supply is a joke compared to this place. Unfortunately she had the next day off so i didn't get to thank her in person. Just that kind of service made me a future customer. Thanks for being a nice person. Great store and they carry my favorite feed!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Called and asked if they had leather saddle bags. They had one pair left. The lady i talked to held them until i drove all the way from hogansville. She actually told me to drive carefully due to weather being nasty. She made a 12 year old girl very happy. Will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.
