Done my MRI a month ago and they never sent a report to my doctor. Multiple phone calls and voicemails, they never called back nor picked up the phone. We're going to file complain with insurance and state, this is not acceptable!

This place is filthy and the staff is incompetent. They scheduled a contrast MRI for a Monday when they don't do contrast MRIs on Mondays. Ask yourself, do you want to have any type of medical procedure at a place that can't keep its facility clean?

If ZERO stars were an option it would be selected! A few days under a month to have reading of MRI sent to PCP. Must have called 60 times or more. Mostly because calls went to voicemail- left specific & detailed message with no return call or results. Find another open MRI. We all deserve better treatment than this.

so I made an appointment weeks in advance! called two days before to confirm. when I showed up for the appointment went thru the whole check in process... never checked my temperature which the log showed at sign in the patients ahead of me were taken... putting that aside 20 MINUTES later another girl comes out and said sorry we can't do it under your insurance! so I asked 1) how did they not check when I made the appointment or within the weeks between making the appointment and showing up? the response was we don't check until the day of!! What? 2) if that was the case I wasn't there till 2:40 when did they know... the response was we left 2 messages that morning.. I asked what number she read the number and it was a digit off.. she didn't show me just read it ..... curious since i tried the number she gave and it is not a working number... pretty hard to leave a message. 3) if they really knew that in the morning why would they have me go thru the whole sign in process including fill out their forms... seem a waste for me and them.... seems like besides a dropping of the ball not checking ahead of time but then lying it about it........ terrible experience what a joke.. which there was another forum to get this looked at for patient support... as previous posts clearly this is common for this pace yet nothing changes ......

The folks who called to confirm my appointment were very detailed in what I needed to bring, and made sure that I had the correct address and good directions to get there.. The lady at the front desk was very efficient and professional. The technician who did my MRI was spot-on with his guidance and directions through the MRI process. You may not get the \warm and fuzzies\ that you might get elsewhere, but overall I was very happy with the job done here. Thank you.
