Love this spot for a casual dinner. They have draft wine that is cheap and delicious apps. Always enjoy their burrata and then the Stella pizza is really one of my favorites. Can’t beat the stuffed crust. Dessert was lacking in my opinion but everything else was great.

Really excited to have finally eaten here my first time! I used to work as a valet on Passyunk ave in college, and this was one of the restaurants I serviced. Great high end pizza and dinner restaurant. Got here for happy hour with some friends a couple weeks back and really enjoyed myself. We split a couple of different pies and they were amazing! We ate them so fast I didn't even get a picture. Super good, and they had a great beer selection, with good happy hour rates. We were lucky that they weren't too crowded when I went, and were able to grab a spot at the bar to eat. I would definitely suggest a reservation, especially if you're planning on eating here on the weekend as they fill up fast!

Great food & a wonderful atmosphere. Very relaxed. The best of the past comes together with the present. Also I appreciate Joy Division getting cranked at an Italian establishment. Cannot go wrong with such a combination.

I have nothing but great experiences at Brigantessa, both food and service! Make sure to try one of their Napoletana style pizzas (the margarita is delicious and in my opinion one of the top margaritas in the city.

Relaxed vibe with a large pizza oven in the back of the first floor seating area. Once saw the pizza oven and smelled the pies coming out I was hooked and knew what to get. Definitely a pricier restaurant to go just for pizza but this is a major step up from Blaze pizza (or &pizza) and of course the chains. The flavor combinations were novel and balanced salty, sweet, umami, and sour. The mushroom pizza (Funghi pizza) was executed well, and mushrooms were cut into well sized pieces instead of being minced. Then, the second pizza was unlike any pizza I have eaten domestically or abroad. It combined olives, goat cheese, aritchoke hearts, and an orange soft creamy topping. Very interested in coming back and trying more from other parts of the menu.

Beautiful, rustic, traditional Italian-looking restaurant. The street it is on is beautiful to walk down, especially at night. The inside is pleasant. The bathroom, even better. Bathroom 10 / 10. Service 9 / 10. Food, overpriced. One of the few approved places serving Neapolitan pizzas. Wouldn't go again, but worth the experience. Make sure you try their bathrooms.
