Bob was friendly, and offered exceptional customer service, from the service department. I was kept informed about the progress of my vehicle being fixed. I traveled from Connecticut to Philadelphia just to buy a car from here. Chapman Ford was very responsive and very efficient which was really important to me because of the long drive - everything that could have been done prior to actually buying the car was done through email/calls. When I got there, the car was already detailed and gas freshly topped off. All remaining paperwork/finance was done efficiently once there. We had a wonderful salesman - Mike Wyatt - that made it a great experience. Would definitely purchase a car here again. Highly recommend the dealership and Mike Wyatt!
