Staff was very unprofessional and lack of empathy. The issue with hiring staff that are incompetent and young without any disregard for the public in which they are serving. The office manager informed me I was approved and my appointment was confirmed with her boss N. Miller. The office manager looks at me like a deer in headlights stating we called you to tell you an authorization was needed. I informed her she said I was cleared to go. I reminded her that I returned her call the same night and she also confirmed I was cleared to go for my appointment the next day. She blames her boss and instead of addressing the issue to resolve it - her incompetence and lack of wisdom proceeded to be dismissive and disconcerting. I will never use this facility or company again. The exorbitant costs for an MRI, I would’ve thought you were in the business of serving the public. The Office Manager and N. Miller at the Open MRI Chestnut Hill site, will definitely do your company a disservice. Lack of empathy, willingness to serve the public, no sense of urgency, communication or follow through gets -5 rating.

Hello, I’m a patient at Open MRI at Chestnut Hill and my experience was beautiful. Everyone was very professional and it was a pretty fast process. I was there when the lady came in and her schedule was mixed up. The front desk manager handled the situation in a professional manner, but the lady was frustrated. If the lady would’ve just been humble she may have been fitted in the schedule for that day. It pays to humble yourself, and being open minded helps a lot. Learning experience if it’s not that deep work the issue out. Office manager keep up the good work and stay professional as you were. I recommend everyone that need a MRI to come and visit
