Its faster than before, i like it better

Would give it a zero stars. Very rude and they belittle people. They speak to you like they are above you. If you ask question, they make you feel like you can't ask question or you should know the answer. They make you wait longer if they don't like you. If you don't speak good or proper spanish , they make fun of you.

I cannot thank the staff of the consulate offices enough! Mrs. Alicia Mejía, Executive Assistant to the consul in particular, who went out of her way to help my husband and son get a Mexican passport issued so my little kid would not be stranded in the US on their way back. Her sense of urgency and care are what citizens definitely needed the most and expect from public officials through these hard pandemic times. Muchas gracias a todo el staff de Consulmex Philly!
