Nice hotel. Safe but not good location. Only free wifi in lobby. No water to drink. Great memories in swimming pool for me but it is tiny.

Check in was fast and maybe took 5 minutes. Which was good because I have a cold. Unfortunately, it went down hill from there. My room temp was at 80 degrees and the thermostat was broke, but they were able to send someone up to fix it with 20 minutes of me reporting it. My room was facing South Broad and it was extremely loud throughout the night (bring ear plugs). Some point throughout the night I started fo feel a little bit better and was able to breath. Unfortunately, this only allowed me to smell the marijuana smoke that was embedded into the sheets from I assume the previous guest. Nonetheless, it was 3am and I just wanted to get some, if any, sleep. At some point I started to fall asleep only to be awoken at 6am by the alarm within the hotel room that I did not set. This resulting me getting up to address the alarm and properly turn it off. Because I was already up I decide to just start my day by taking a shower followed by ironing my clothes for a 9am meeting. Everything was going great until I noticed the iron, which was evidently unclean, caused brown rusty streak down the side of my khaki pants. Again, great hotel with a very professional staff, but this hotel missed the mark and some small but key items. If it wasn't for the WaWa a block away I wouldn't consider staying here again. Hopefully they can fix these issues.

Parked here as an overnight guest at the DoubleTree hotel. Use the right lane, grab your ticket, and find a space. I went straight for the sixth floor since I knew it would be wide open and I’d find enough room to park my car without any backing up issues. Got lucky and found an end-space near the elevator. Speaking of elevators, they are small, but never really near that busy. Be sure to take your ticket with you to check-in as they place a sticker on it to show you’re paid in full (whether as part of your package or you’re paid separately). The parking spaces are a little tight, but I was driving a 2017 Dodge Challenger (rental car) so that’s why I wanted an end space as to not be wedged it between other cars.
