Their products are awesome! A gentleman in the store today helped me get new shampoo and conditioner and was very knowledgeable on the products. Also, I have several of their face products that are awesome! They have a covid friendly storefront set up for easy shopping as well.

I recently discovered this shop after many people recommended it to me, and I'm so glad I did! I gifted some products to a client of mine and she was so thrilled with everything. Recently I picked up the Lemonder Poppy Seed Sugar Scrub and the Rosemary Mint Clarifying Shampoo for myself, and they together worked wonders on my hair and scalp! My hair has seriously never felt cleaner in my life. I am so glad I found Duross & Langel and will now be a customer for life!
I will admit that it's a beautiful shop and you can't help but to go in, which is exactly what I did a few years ago. However, I honestly felt that I was racially profiled. I was literally followed throughout the store by one of the staff members as I browsed the collection of items. She asked if I had any questions or if she could help. I politely said no thank you as I was just browsing. The other staff just stared at me. It made for a rather uncomfortable shopping experience. I would have much more appreciated the staff to greet me as customer with a smile, but to follow me as I walked around was uncalled for. I never returned after that nor will I.
I’ve been a customer for a few years now and love their products, so clean and smell so good. This store is a go-to for my Holiday gifts. This year I wasn’t able to make it into the store, but their online ordering process was so easy and came so quick.
