Not much inventory on display. I looked around, nobody offered to help me, and I left. BTW, this place has a red awning over the door and shares building & parking lot with the BBQ joint (restaurant faces the street; entrance to Getshel is via parking lot).

This location (Philadelphia) has poor customer service. The woman in the front that sits right at the front door appears to not wanting help customers, not wanting to work there, or enjoy her job. I drove an hour to come there to pick up a display. I got there at 4:43pm. Instead of her greeting a \customer\ with a hello, she responded \ you cannot buy anything because it's after 4:30pm.\ The store hours are until 5pm on Google. So why stay open for an additional 30min if no on can buy anything? Makes no sense. That was her response after I said \hello\ to her to show her what she should do when a paying customer walks into an establishment. She's rude! Another sales person that I had an unpleasant experience with happened in the past as well. So I seldom come there and I get my retail store needs from online which I will continue to do so. I try to give this place continuous chances, but the rudeness and lack of customer service will continue. As a store owner, it's very important to exhibit stellar customer service. Welp, I will never return. I'll pay shipping and handling for all of my store needs.
Best place in Philadelphia area to get your retail or other business fixtures and related supplies. Super easy access from cottman exit of 95. I worked with Jerry, he was knowledgeable and friendly, what else do you need
I wish there were more stars to give these guys. Neil was the team member that helped me, and the experience with the service was unparalleled. Strongly recommend doing business with this great outfit.
What horrible customer service...half the time you order they are out of stock and have to back ship which adds to shipping costs. I ordered a large quantity of product to save on shipping and as I have been working through it I discovered they shipped the wrong product. I asked for universal and they shipped slatwall. They will not take the product back so I am stuck with 18 shelves that I cannot use. Thank goodness there are other suppliers such as Amazon, Allen Display, Uline, and Firefly. (Uline beat their pricing on product they carry.) I am very sad to have been treated this way after all the years I have done business with them.
