I would never buy a flag for my his place. I returned it over 3 months ago because it was to big and have called several times for refund with no luck. I was told owner was out of the country so he couldn’t approve refund. At this point I’m not sure if I will ever get my money back. Stay away from this company!!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. They are liars and con men. We ordered the Betsy Ross flag in July. Three months went by. They said they were out of them so we asked for a refund. They sent us another flag instead which we did not want and didn't ask for. To date, we have never received a refund. The man I just talked to on the phone used profanity. This is a terrible way to run a company. He said only the owner, Matt, can authorize refunds and he has been out of the country for months with his family. Do not do business with this company. Mr O'Brien told me as soon as he received the flag I sent back he would credit our account. He lied. Do not give them your business. I would not even give them one star.
Man, this place is awesome. We stopped here during our 4th of July trip, was even cooler than I expected. The guy who helped us knew lots about flags. I’ll be back next time I’m in Philly!
