An amazing Christmas spectacular like none other in the area when it comes to department stores. I highly recommend shipping here versus the other Macy stores in the area. Not only because of the Christmas light show, but because the staff here are unbelievably some of the nicest Macy's employees I've ever met. They're so thoughtful, kind, and generous.

Very big selections of shoes, apparel, jewelry, and home items, all under recognizable brands. Customer service is very helpful and will keep your preferred items on the counter until you are ready to purchase so you don't have to carry them around (at least in the shoe section.) I just happened to buy a new pair of boots for about 60, but most items that aren't clearance (at least in the shoe section) are usually in the 150-170 range, hence the four stars. The prices can get very expensive very quickly, but the products are usually high quality and (hopefully with these boots) long lasting as well. (In case you're interested, these are a part of Ralph Lauren shoe line.)
Love shopping here, they have everything. Xoxoxo . Bigger than the one in Hamilton mall. With a better seeing of makeup. Bigger section. The cherry hill one has a bigger purse selection. Happy holiday and Merry Christmas shopping. ️
The building is beautiful, grand old Wannamakers department store. HOWEVER for the size of the building, Macy's has shoved everything so tight you can't turn around without bumping into another display. SAD HOW MACY'S HAS TAKEN ELEGANCE OUT OF SHOPPING IN STYLE! You'd think that during this time of covid they would want a little more distance.
I’ve been in correspondence with Macy’s since November of 2020 about a package being back ordered, then cancelled, then not receiving my gift card in the mail, then a new order being cancelled twice, charging my card then saying my bank declined (they did not), etc. Every time you call an agent makes an error (per the current agent) and I just had to keep waiting “7-10 business days” for my gift card (it’s now been 4 months). It’s literally a 63 gift card and they refuse to send it in the mail or let me apply it toward a current order. I will never shop at Macy’s again and couldn’t care less if I get my current order or the gift card just so I don’t have to speak to anyone there again.
