I was able to get an appointment for the next day which was really easy, but the staff here are pretty lackluster. Neither the receptionist or the technician made me feel welcome, and I ended up waiting over 30 mins after my scheduled appointment (I was plenty early). The technician seemed annoyed the whole time, huffing and practically stomping her feet as she’s taking my X-rays. With every change in position I was pushed and pulled into place instead of telling me to reposition. I’m sure she was just doing her job, but with her attitude I felt more like a burden than patient here. Would not recommend.

To start off my insurance company recommended this location as an open MRI source, the worst part about all of this is that I contacted their office over a course of a week and left multiple messages with Kathy on her voicemail which told me that when she got back in the office she would call me back it takes a week to make a phone call to a new client ??? I have really bad anxiety and panic attacks and so I require an open MRI this location says that they have an open MRI but it’s not really open it kind a looks like a hamburger bun and you’re the meat which they slide you under this hamburger bun shape the machine. If you require an open MRI for similar issues this would not be the location after they put you on the table they put your head into sort of like a sling so that it doesn’t move which blocks your vision they also put a face cage over your face and push you under the hamburger buns shape top of the machine and lower the machine down to the face cage. At this point you cannot see anything so in my opinion this is not an open MRI. If you require an open MRI due to similar conditions the best thing to do is talk to your doctor and have them recommend to your insurance company that you go to the place of choice for me it was Nazareth Hospital because they are the only ones in the Northeast Philadelphia, other than Aria-Jefferson that have a big bore open MRI machine basically the machine looks like a squash donut on its side and is completely open on all sides. overall my experience with this location was grim if it takes more than three messages on her voicemail to make a phone call back to your client and that tells me how much you really care about your clients I can only imagine how much money and business you’re losing at this location with your receptionist Kathy that does not return phone calls !!!!

Very nice people that work there! And I didn't have to wait at all ! I read other people's review's and don't understand why they had any problems. My husband has been there and he had no problems with them at all he thought they were very nice also . I highly recommend them !

Totally incompetent! Perhaps, if I had been able to obtain an appointment, my review would be better. They could not figure out what area to scan, despite my reading the prescription to them. Next, I had my Dr. call them & fax the info to them. They were then going to call me back but I waited 4 days without a call. I called them back & it was like the first conversation or the fax never even occurred. They placed me on hold for 20 minutes while they called my Dr (again). I don't think my Dr. is the issue, since I've contacted somewhere else & got an appointment with the same info I had supplied to this company.

I have been using them for years. I never had any problems with scheduling, bad attitudes, unprofessionalism, or lack of knowledge. This is the only place I would use. The same thing goes for my children. I have read the other one star comments, and the one with the patients doctor having to be contacted was most likely the patients doctor not properly writing what he needed to on the patients referral. The other one star mentioned that the older women employee was rude. I don't condone that but sometimes you need to show compassion. Maybe someone close to her died, was killed, the last patient was rude, or maybe she was I'll. Who knows. I'm not making any excuses for her. I'll I'm saying is that we have all been there. I always recommend this place to family and friends. I never once her any thing bad. Just positive results.
