Well worth the wait! My roof is finally done! All thanks to a little patience..... & help from the city My plumbing is another story I don’t like the contractor they sent and I’m not going to put you on blast but trust me. This service ain’t free they put a lean on your house if you sell in five years.. but been waiting two years no plumbing? The city knows the conditions of the pipes and they see some of us need help and noting! I can’t finish working on my house until the plumbing get done. I’m very particular and want answers and followed all guidelines for the help. City stop paying these contractors that lie and really don’t do the work they put in the work order.

I had an appointment set for today, even the required documents that were needed now they dont accept administrator for a parent that has been deceased, the representative is very nasty and was very rude! The people that work here act like its their funding that you are asking for! No thank you for poor customer service that were provided. Word of the wise its Government money!! Not your money... Sad.

I called to see if I can get something done for my pipe the man who answered the phone was sooo argumentative about why I didn’t come last year I didn’t want to share my reason why and he kept asking just telling saying he is not yelling we gotta be adults and talk I mean he made me feel so bad my husband doesn’t even talk to me like that! He took my info and said I don’t qualify how when I did last year he even had the nerve to hang up on me I thought that was very rude he should not be working there!

The came to fix my house. The front of my house is leaning in worse becuase the ruined my foundation. Instead of giving me my full grant to do the work properly which was 17,500 they gave me 11,of it hired drug addicts and my roof has a big dent in it. My sky light in my bathroom is leaking and theae people dont answer the phone. They put a stone wall in my yard that collects water it made my house crack at the seems. They are terrible and cheap and im getting a lawyer today. Worst place ever. They are obviously pocketimg money becuase i teied to contact supervisorsa bout the damages by sending emails and i was ignored even by them. This place ia stealing government funds.
