My experience flying today really sucked because of the weather. The staff here have been awesome... trying their best on a difficult day. I have been stuck here most of the day and tried a few food and drink options and have not been disappointed. Covid rules strictly enforced and good cleanliness.

Beverly- American Airlines Rick and Jeff- enterprise and other car rental bus drivers along with the entire staff of Alamo and enterprise in Philadelphia are the most helpful, compassionate, and patient people I've ever came across. I felt so welcomed and even thought trip did not go as planned. I counted on these individuals to make such a negative experience turn into one if the memorable trips of my life. I had issues in which I flew in to Philly to pick up a puppy and fly him back but sizing and getting him on was impossible but these wonderful people went above and beyond to figure out a solution. I can't thank them enough especially being someone who suffers from anxiety, PTSD, and depression. These problems would've resulted to harm towards myself so to have these wonderful individuals assist during during worst time of need deserve more than recognition. If you are reading this thank you and I love you! I found a way to go home while being able to take my pup and not pay out too much money! I plan to take the train and stay at hotels in between transits. Thank you again to Beverly with American Airlines, the entire staff of enterprise and Alamo. I could not be anymore happier! *spot my new pup, making Rick's day*

Great airport with a bunch to eat and easy to read signs. Not a 5 star because the restroom near the F31-39 gates has only two toilets and two urinals servicing literally 100's of people. Needs a bigger bathroom back there.

It was different than most airports. It's very nice. You can order food on a tablet at your gate and food and drinks will appear moments later. I wish we had this at my home terminal.

Love this airport.. Def needs more specific location based on gate cause its easy to get lost. . The coming to philly is the best love love the employees that take care of bringing wheel chairs to the disabled.
