All the staff are so nice and polite. This hospital and doctors has been helping my husband for years and they are fantastic. I don't have any negative comments at all about this wonderful place. Saved my husband a lot of times with all his issues.

I'm in total agreement the doctors and nurses are great some of the employees there think they're entitled to be snotty and rude to veterans I was there for an appointment on Friday and ask if I can get my second kovacic. From a staff member downstairs and they told me that I couldn't I went upstairs where they were giving out the shots and I received my second shot on the same day that I had an appointment

2 stars instead of 1 because the nurses at the VA actually want to help you. Horrific phone menu and service: typically a 1 minute 40 second long \this menu has changed\ message. Every time I go to the VA, doctors constantly question my medical conditions and say I am too young to be having issues. No doctors on the weekends so you cannot have a prescription filled after the one they originally mailed you 10 days ago was lost. Oftentimes I will be ignored due to my age (I am 30). Time to overhaul the VA

I love the VA. I’ve been coming for around 10 years now. At first it’s hard to navigate. When I was finally at the finish line for my first issue I asked and was told how to properly navigate through the VA. Keep every card and call and be proactive about your appointments or scheduled visits.I’ve always got great honesty and fair treatment from them. The veterans groups fought harder than I would for my disability claim. I had a therapist for a couple of years that gave me all the tools I needed to handle my issues. I’ve been given knee braces tens units iTunes gift cards and prescriptions for physical therapy I can use anywhere. The only downside I choose to view as an upside. The homeless that often wander in are great entertainment. When in philly you’ve got to accept your surroundings and take in what the city has become after years of Democrats in charge.

I actually had a counselor cuss me out in front of a room full of patients and throw something at me. They did nothing to him but save his job and brush the incident under the table. He should of been fired immediately. The VA police even took a police report and had many patients and a doctor that witnessed it say how wrong he was .
