You've got to give credit where credit is due! We had pre-booked a Sunday morning pickup from Downtown Philadelphia the previous evening going to PHL International, and we received a confirmation number for the trip. We received a text message 15 minutes before the pickup next morning to say the car was on its way and a confirmation that he has there on location 10 minutes later. The driver was very pleasant and drove very safely. I was very satisfied with the overall performance of the service and recommend them to anyone coming from or going to the Philadelphia International Airport.
