I like this atmosphere so cozy and modern. I feel in Japan.! Every items is so authentic and match tea and brown rice tea are so rich flavor I like it !!
It was a nice to step into this shop and have an experience. The details, and products are unique. The staff were very professional and available to answer any questions I had. I would look forward to another visit when I’m back in center city Philadelphia.
I was very excited to finally have a Rikumo item gifted to me. I use to love walking in an enjoying the experience but their products and their customer service did not live up to the expectation. The towel did not survive its first wash (followed directions exactly) and then customer service did not work with me to correct the situation.
A calm, relaxing shopping environment in-store. Also an easy experience shopping online - each with amazing customer service.
