If I could give zero stars I would. This practice is very poorly managed and it’s employees are terribly lazy. I had an 11 o’clock appointment. I was called at 10:15 a.m. to go over my records, I missed that call. After an hour and a half of attempting to reach someone (it’s now 11:45, 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment) I get someone on the phone. I’m told they are running behind but a nurse would call me shortly and so would the Dr. it is now 1:43 p.m. I’ve been told I’d have to reschedule and the earliest I can get in is the 28th. This practice made no attempt to make things right after having me sit and wait for almost 3 hours after my appointment, and had I not called they probably would have never called to try to reschedule the appointment. Terrible service and makes me wonder how competent their surgeons really are? I’m going elsewhere
