I highly recommend the Shade store. Randy was very helpful in selecting shades and fabric. Phillip did a great job with the installation. Despite unforeseen challenges like drilling through steel, warped window frames, and unbalanced areas on the sides of the window, he made sure the top of the curtains and the finials were positioned just right. This people at this store truly takes pride in customer satisfaction.
I had a great experience purchasing shades from The SHade Store on Chestnut St. Nathalie helped me in the showroom with my selections and was freindly and professional. The two gentleman that installed the shades were exceptionally great. They installed a two-story set of motorized shades with just the two of them, (4 people were planned to do the install but two was all it took). They did a great job of assessing the situation and figuring out the most effiecient way to get the job done. Very friendly and professional too! I'm very happy with how the entire process went. And the shades are great quality!
We purchased our new home a few months ago and always new the Shade Store would be our pick for window treatments. Yes, we paid a little more, but the quality, lifetime guarantee, and customer care were well worth it!! Carrie McNamara was our customer care contact who walked us through the process every step of the way!! The installers, Adam and Joel were amazing! Our place is gorgeous!!! The worst by far, avoid at all cost. We ordered from this place back in September and just today ( 3 months)we had our last shade installed and still I am not satisfied but I got tired of having them come back. They had to come back 4 times to get the shades installed right because of wrong measurements ,wrong parts and wrong colors. I truly believe this establishment runs by people who don’t know what they’re doing. I fully regret giving them my business and I will make sure to stay away and not recommend them to any one.
