Our family vehicle finally died on us that we patched over the last year just to get by as we purchased a new home at the end of last year (10/9/2020). We were at the end of our rope with new bills, mortgage, and other bills due to covid-19. After borrowing and sharing cars with family and friends, we walked into Value Kia on 1/14/2021 & we saw light at the end of the tunnel. We had nothing to offer down but our broke down car that we couldn't even drive to them for the transfer (Thank God for AAA). They really do buy ANY car LOL. The staff were very welcoming, courteous, well-informed, supportive, and helpful in our purchase making it a smooth transaction. When you purchase a car you know you should make time and start early and we did that which gave us great results. They offered us beverages, snacks, and even helped us return our friends car to them we borrowed to come purchase. We also, were wowed with the additional service options we have at Value Kia with years to come an plan to from this day forward get our car serviced here and make future purchases for our 2nd family car once we have paid down some of our home purchases. So we want to Thank the Staff again for their excellent service and for making life so much simpler for our family during this financial economic crisis. - The Sumpter Family
