The only great comment I have when it comes to this company are the guys that come out to repair/install are fantastic, helpful men. I have met 3-4 over the years and have been great each time. I hope they are treated better than the customers. Since changing to Norvodo (was PCTC) it has felt like a scam. Certain features that were free are now charged without notice. (been charged for over a year and never credited!!) I pay 110 for mediocre internet. Seems all locals are taken advantage as we are so limited internet providers. CANT wait for Charter to be in our area, they are working our way, thank God for that.

We had a major issue that of course was late evening, the 24 hour help desk is very limited on doing things involving settings and informed me a level 2 tech would be contacting me during next business day. I was very frustrated and in a semi-pleasant way let him know (realizing it was not his fault I did not say exactly what I was thinking LOL) WELL---within an hour a level 2 tech called me!! He of course was off duty, but must of realized how important my issue was. He was able to get things working right!! I understand there are many upgrades happening and with anything dealing with technology, there is always some glitches. I so much appreciated the extra mile they did!
