Worst experience ever. NEVER rent from them. you will be taken advantage of coming and going. I will happily talk to anyone who wants to know more about how terrible they are. UPDATE: we did go to court, Happy Trails wanted 14000 for damages that were entirely their fault including air conditioning that NEVER worked, a windshield wiper that flew off in a torrential downpour on. the first swipe, a sewer connection that did not work, a power cord that was stretched and shorted out upon arrival ON OUR FIRST NIGHT, rain dripping into the RV during the storm, mold and mouse droppings everywhere, missing bolts on the inner tire causing a flat in the middle of the desert, and a broken door that trapped us all in the RV for an entire day. We cut the door open to get out (that is the only damages we were charged for) So while Happy Trails CLAIMS they won...we were only charged 2000 and NO LAWYERS FEES. Happy trails is a deceitful manipulative company and I wouldn't have gone into all the details if they had not replied back with their lies. And one final thought....we were pulling out of their lot after just picking up the RV and 10 minutes later we were pulled over by a cop for an expired license plate...Happy Trails response \oh we have the tags we just forgot....you'll be fine\. World's worst customer service!!

Was very highly recommended by my Puma mfg. It took over 2 months to effect the repair due to covid. Got it home and they hadn't reassembled the interior or cleaned up from the work. Sloppy Job! I do not recommend using this repair shop, at all.
