August 2020.Was told via phone call they had a specific utility trailer in stock that was advertised on sale. Drove the 40 miles one way to pickup. Upon arrival, I spoke to person from phone call. Then then told me they didn't check to confirm and didn't have one. They did try to sell me a rusted and raggedy trailer they use for their haulingf the advertised price. Very unsatisfied with the whole experience that from the manager to the employee. Wasted time and fuel for 80 mile round trip. Found another trailer of same size and better quality for less at TSC with excellent customer service to boot.
