An amazing tribute to the land and restoration. Summer Solstice Farm is a beautiful hidden gem along the Delaware River. The Owners take immense pride in returning the land to its original intent and protecting its beauty for all the years to come. The pigs, ducks, goats and chickens are cared for with love and treated better than most children. Truly a treasure of New Jersey. And if the beauty wasn't enough... the pork and egg quality far surpasses even the most exclusive of Manhattan restaurants. Farm to Table... Summer Solstice wrote the book. Cheers!

The pork from Summer Solstice Farm is the best we’ve had- chops, bacon, tenderloin, sausage, ground pork - all delicious. Also knowing their animals are treated humanely means a lot to us.
