After searching the Web for a safe/ clean tubing experience I finally came upon Twin Rivers Tubing. I was so impressed with their customer service when speaking to them over the phone with my multitude of questions and concerns, and felt confident to plan the trip. We went mid-week and arrived early as suggested. No wait lines, everything clean and disinfected, and a extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. REALLY! The tubing was fun, mostly easy river floating with some mild rapids and a sweet mallard duck who traveled along with us for some of the way. We named her Cherri. (Remember: don't feed the wildlife). Of course we would have liked for it go on and on forever- the whole trip downstream took about 2 hours. For the first time in months I can say I felt really relaxed. (Quite honestly I didn't think that could happen this year with all the ongoing COVID concerns). Thank you Twin River Tubing for helping us salvage at least one day of summer fun. ;-)))

Tubing on Sunday 07/19/20 morning time with family and friends, fun trip. But the current was slow; and in the middle of the trip the current started moving backwards. We ended up walking up to the road and walking on the highway to the rental area along with some other people who were also stuck. The office did not answer any calls past 1:30. Overall trip fun, kid’s happy. Will try for kayaking trip in the future.
First time river tubing and we wanna say huge thank you to the twin river tubing team. You guys rocked. We were a party of 9 and you guys did an amazing job making sure we had a good time. From the waiver process to sizing up for life vest to free lockers and music entertainment while we wait was amazing and I would do it again. We took a 3 mile ride with who seemed like ms. Fizzle on a magic school bus and we all laughed on the ride. Pack a cooler with drinks food and snack cause you out there for a while. The 35 dollars we paid was worth it.
Okay, here’s the thing: we arrived at 11am and proceeded to wait in line for three (3) hours, including the wait in line to check in. I will say, the staff was helpful and the bar area while waiting was a nice addition. However, when we finally got onto the river, the trip was incredibly short. We clocked an hour and fifteen minutes total, when the site said it would take approximately three hours!! Not to mention, we were willing to pay for tubes with back rests and were promptly informed those were sold out. But, when we arrived to the river to grab our tubes, the tubes with back rests were available to those who could grab them first. So, if you’re planning to go just know what you’re in for! And don’t pay the extra 5 dollars for that back rest, you can get it for free. Or better yet, skip this place and buy your own tube! And before Twin Rivers replies with a BS answer: YES, it was three hours we waited. We arrived at 11am and didn’t get on our tubes until after 2pm.
Had a great time on the river! although my phone, keys, and ID did fall into the river but by some miracle someone found all of them and returned them to the tubing place. They ended up closing the next day but they drove to my place and gave me back my things! These people are super nice and wouldn’t take the money I offered for the women’s time who gave me back my stuff.
