I was looking for pizza one night and saw the high rating on Google Maps and thought \there's no way its THAT good.\ I had 2 slices of their plain pizza and it was not only better than I expected but also better than the rating. While I was waiting for the slices, I was talking to the man behind the magic, David. His friendliness and personality make you start to question if he's actually from New York. There's no doubt in my mind that this is what makes the pizza taste as good as it does. The City is known for its pizza Philomena's stands among the best of what it has to offer in that department.

Really really good pizza. I had a Ninja Turtle pie tonight and it was delicious. Amazing thing is even during this time, the toppings were generous. I mean look at how many pepperonis there are. Amazing and Dave is very personable and awesome too.

18inch Cheese pie is the best delivered pizza I have ever had. I have ordered it now 5x and every single time it is delivered to perfection. In fact it is the only plain cheese pizza in the entire neighborhood that is not only unmatched in quality and taste but they have an extremely nice delivery man and great phone service. They make a lot of amazing pies and the few I have had are incredible. The owner is a pizza pro who has made pizza with the best. His dough is incredible and sauced and to perfection with high quality cheeses melted into each perfectly crisp delicious bite. In fact no condiments need to go on this pizza. Philomena is pizza I think about all week even while I’m eating my weekly pie with my wife!! Incredible and worth every penny!! We are sooo lucky to have them in Sunnyside.

I give 5 stars but i wanna give it another try since one of the pizzas we ordered wasn’t so good. Mini margherita was excellent!

Um this Sicilian slice just blew me away... Super light and airy dough with a nice crisp bottom
