I've seen the negative reviews regarding this place & I just don't get it. I'm not apart of their family & my children have been treated fine. According to my children ages 12 to 7...this is the best experience as far as gaycare is concerned. Since starting here within the past month my children are happy & haven't had any issues with staff as they have at other places. Staff have security at the forefront of their mind when it comes to my children & that's something I appreciate. I believe it helps that most of the staff also look like my children & can relate to them. On top of that staff has been courteous & friendly towards me while picking up my children. Even though my children weren't attending a school they picked up from normally they made adjustments to accommodate (the school wasn't unreasonably far away though). I recommend giving 1st Step to Greatness a try.
I love 1st step to greatness daycare. I would give more stars if it was available. My children have been going here for years and still attend after school. I toured different daycare facilities and spoke with the staff before I made my decision to place my children in a family owned business who didn’t just care about taking my money. For the parents who did not wish to take the tour to see where your child will be, make sure you take advantage of that opportunity at the next daycare you place your child in. Every daycare offers a tour of their facility. That’s your responsibility to know where your child will be and with whom they will be in care of. The staff and owner cares about every single child that is placed in their care as if they were their own. They are clean, structured, caring, respectable, reliable and dependable people. They take the children on trips and have many activities such as the Fire truck coming out to the daycare for the children. The staff educates the children, help with social skills, teaches the children how to respect one another, etc. They take the time to cook home cooked meals for these children that live in our community that attend this daycare. For some children this may be their last meal of the day. They give back to the community and assist parents when they can. Even if it’s a shoulder to cry on or an ear to listen. I recommend this daycare to everyone who needs to place their children in the hands of people they can trust and count on. I support black owned businesses that do right by their community and by people and you should too!!
I love this Childcare, they are so accommodating I have had problems with other Childcare’s calling me for every little problem they have with my children. They are wonderful. The Director has helped me in so many ways I can’t even count. I feel like they treat my children like they are their own, they show much love. My children love the field trips and outings they have. I don’t know what I would do without them. If you want quality care this is the place to be. I have referred over 6 families here and they are ALL completely satisfied and pleased with love and care that they receive. I’ve never had any issues and we will be bringing our newborn. I completely disagree with the negative reviews. I must say that we all get what we put out... So my question is what type of energy did you all bring? I’m so proud to say that I’m a proud parent of 1st Step To Greatness!!! Keep up the good work!!!
I attempted to write y'all a whole long paragraph. But I'll keep it simple. PARENTS Stay clear from this facility if you value your child's well being. \majority\ of them won't! This isn't no mini military for the children so \RED\ stop making them babies do workouts in a form of discipline. You guys are not trained/authorized for that kind of discipline.
