Scary! Had to go down a fire escape and through a trash filled alley with an interesting fellow peeing on a dumpster to get to the kiosk to pay 15. Why you can't just pay at the exit is beyond me. Not enthralled by this creepy experience at night.

Mistakenly we entered to this garage, first you don't get a ticket so when we were exiting you have to pay a full amount otherwise you can't exit. I tried to call the number but nobody answers and there's only an answer machine that says the voicemail is FULL. Definitely I will call the city because this is not right!!!
Convenient for the Central Ave and Van Buran area. You pay with \atm\ type machine before you get your vehicle to leave.
