This is a good food bank. It is Christian but they don't bug you much about that. You have to register and provide proof of residency but that's all pretty easy and they give you a membership card so you don't have to do it every time. You can come twice a month and get food for as many people as live with you. You don't pick your own food which I don't like but the amount they give you is generous and the quality is excellent. With the 7th Street Food Bank, there's no reason to starve in South Phoenix or beg for food at the freeway entrance.
