Ms. Norma has been helping our son with speech therapy for the last 3-4 months. Our son became comfortable with Ms. Norma and she was able to get him into a comfort zone so that the therapy can continue most effectively. She is extremely patient, understands the concerns of the parents as well and is extremely flexible and helpful. She is always willing to go out of her way to help the child improve and succeed. We are thankful to Ms. Norma for working with our son on his speech.

Norma worked with our son for several years and is now working with both him and our daughter. I honestly can't say enough good things about A World With Words! He was not speaking much and we knew we needed to find someone extraordinary to help. It was a real blessing to find Norma and A World With Words. Norma was a really great fit with my son and it was so wonderful to watch him grow. He was communicating so much better and it really made a difference. My son was at A World With Words for several years and just recently he went from the extended resource to full time general ed. I know Norma and Amy had a HUGE part in his success. I highly recommend contacting Norma if your child needs speech therapy.

We were taken for a ride by this practice. An initial evaluation was done on my child and after that the speech therapist just vanished. Now we are left with an evaluation document and no one to do speech therapy. I had to pay for the evaluation out of pocket as my insurance did not cover that. Initially the therapist, who had nefarious intentions told me that my son needed 2 sessions per week then after the evaluation she did not have any free time even to do once a week. She gave me a horrible time (Wednesday at 1 PM) which was my kids nap time. Then she told me she had started working for another company and did not have time for the second session she promised. Finally she sent me a mail saying she no longer works for this company. Never trust this place.
