Dr. N. Parmar is an excellent diagnostic. She is thorough an practices superb patient contact skills. On the other side of this is the lab coordinator: Ms. Sanchez. She barked at me like I was her teenaged daughter. She had no ID on. She did not wash her hands or wear gloves to take my lab work. Very unprofessional.

They dont have manners, the room was dirty, they didnt like their job and they just kept cussing. Very unprofessional they taking hrs to check on me

Dr. A had me leave with an upper respiratory infection and simply a nasal spray at hand. Told me to come back if I got worse and then booked himself mad so I couldn’t get the chance to see him for more meds. I’d recommend finding a doctor who makes sure you get all the medication you need to feel better. Rather than taking unnecessary trips back and forth to the office for insurance money. Receptionist wasn’t helpful either. One of them was super nice and trying to help. I hoped she would pick up the phone, but I kept getting the rude one who didn’t want to help.
