I loved my experience during my care with Dr. Cohen. It was my 5th hip surgery and he made me feel comfortable and I was in and out of surgery quickly. His staff was extremely courteous and returned phone calls promptly. Thank you Abrazo Medical!

Had to bring my grandmother here for a foot Dr appointment on 12/1, my mother took her in while I waited in the waiting room, for about an hour while sitting in the waiting room not once did anyone clean, spray or wipe down anything!!! Over 15 different patients came in and left and nothing was cleaned at all...

The 5 Stars are specifically for their manager, Vang. My medical records were entered incorrectly into their system by an MA during my last visit there over a year ago. When I found out about the error, I called to get them to correct it. They said someone would call me back and no one did. I called every single day for over 2 weeks and was on hold for over 40 minutes each time. When your records are wrong, only the provider you were seeing can change it. Unfortunately for me, my PCP moved. They had to go through corporate to get this done. I wasn't sure if anyone was doing anything about it. Finally 2 weeks ago I was transferred to Vang who took my call and listened to me. SHE REALLY LISTENED!!! She understood how important it was to get this corrected ASAP. She took it upon herself to call corporate and work with her existing doctors there to get this issue resolved. It took her a couple weeks but she came through for me. She was in touch with me every few days to let me know the progress. I am so thankful for her. Abrazo is so lucky to have a person who cares. I swore I would never go to a PCP in a major medical group again due to how hard it is to get things corrected. Vang restored my faith (in HUMANITY) and I will be returning to see another doctor there: Dr. Nagarajan. I heard she had a hand in helping me with my case. I am so grateful to these two beautiful human beings. I cannot wait to meet them. I am tearing up as I write this. )

Been a patient for a few years now. I work next store. I am an abrazo employee and that is why i went there because of my insurance you only pay 10percent if you go to an abrazo medical doctor. Well today i got a call to tell me that the manager changed the policy and now os charging a 100 dollars for each visit because i have not met my deductible. Which is bs, because my bill is usually 10 to 12 dollars a visit. Sometimes less. So I will not be returning and i told the employee that. I just cant believe they are doing that.
