Dr SCHLAIFER and the med staffers in this location are the best. She’s a busy doctor - in her clinic or at the hospital - but she manages to give glimpse of her time to see her patients. Courteous and respectful employees are a must for me - they have that here. Mark is a remarkable assistant. Greets you with his gleeful “hello” when he enters the room. Esther’s friendly voice on the phone and that's another valuable trait for me. I love the fact that they call and check on you after a procedure. They make sure that the recovery process is good and well. I'm glad to be in good hands. Merry Christmas you all!!

doesn't deserve not evening a one star. Horrible office bad customer service Dr. Kaplan almost never available its always the PA which I have nothing against them , but when you have an apt sch with Someone and then somebody else comes in is not ok. Received my dad biopsy results 2 weeks after with a positive cancer. When results were available in a couple days. Didn't even care for seeing him sooner. Prior auth's took for ever to be obtained for diagnostic test after being diagnosed with cancer. Cant wait to never come back to this clinic.!!!!

Dr. Kaplan is awesome. He is rare in that he made me feel as though I really mattered and cared for. He was kind and very knowledgeable about my condition. He spends time and answers all my many questions. After my surgery he was patient and is following my progress. I highly recommend him because he may save your life as he did mine.

Dr Kaplan and his staff have zero bedside manners. Bringing my grandma in with Alzheimer's they showed absolutely no empathy. Cookie cutter procedures and they don't take the time to listen to the patients needs. Would never recommend these people to anyone. My grandma is in a wheel chair, and Dr. Kaplan told me it was my responsibility to lift my grandma up on a high hospital bed without rails. They actually kicked me out of the office and told me not to come back. My poor grandma has been dealing with issues that haven't even been addressed 4 office visit later! Find a different urologist.

I feel like I got screwed over at a car dealership. Anyway, with every bit of caution and preparation as I could think of, I called the office ahead of the procedure to understand what my cost would be. I've gotten unexpected overages before and didn't want that to happen again. The providers and insurance are experts at the finger pointing game. Kaplan's billing office called my insurance to determine my cost. Then called me back to say per my policy I was 100% covered. Zero patient responsibility. Oh, if that were only true. You probably know where this is going. Procedure happened. Then a month later I get a bill for 2 more things in addition to the procedure, they admitted are routine. Insurance says the code they provided for benefits approval was only the procedure. Provider office: “you signed the paper that said you agreed to pay for any additional items”. And there you go. By the nuts! Don’t sign that form. It’s a license to gouge you.
