I have been trying for a one in half years to talk to the owner to cancel my service and go direct to zero. We had called 9 times and employees say they will give the message to the owner. I simply need to use zero for three months to print all my reports. They are charging me 545.00 a month for 4 transactions and one of them is theirs. All I need is a simply phone call. A simple task to transfer my account direct to zero and to have them stop take all or money out every month for no work done. I cancel my dept card to get their attention. Instead they used our routing and checking account number to take 545.00 a month out. I think that’s illegal. I would appreciate a call and get my data transfer to zero company.
