We hired Ace Asphalt to repair the road after having a new sewer line and water line installed for a new residence. Mike Jensen was courteous, helpful, professional, informative and very responsive to inquiries. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was ready after the other contractors had done their part. We cannot stress how easy and pleasant it was to work with Ace. You cannot go wrong with them! Thank you Ace for a job extremely well done!

Great place to work with, awesome leaders and staff. The best part is that we are a company that is reinventing every day to just be better at what we do.

I cannot say enough about Neal Phelps at Ace Asphalt. We have worked with him on multiple projects around the Valley and the work, communication, and professionalism is consistent each time. Neal is always early for every appointment and he provides us with different pricing option which is very helpful if the project has budget restrictions. His non pressure and service-oriented approach allows us to make the best decision for our owners. The work is always completed on time and delivered as promised which is crucial for our retail tenants. From experience, Neal has gone above and beyond when budget numbers are tight, we were able to work through it each time. Ace Asphalt and Neal have exceeded our expectations with every project and we will continue to use them as a trusted partner and vendor. Thank you again!

Clint Collard is great to work with. He provides accurate quotes in a timely manner. The work they have done for me over the past two years has been Top Notch. Clint has also been great with giving me quotes for my annual budgets. I would recommend ACE Asphalt to not only my colleagues, but family too!

Poor Communication and Inaccurate Handicap Stripping I was hoping for a good experience and that things would have been done correctly the first time as discussed, but that would have been to good to be true. Initially we had Ace Asphalt do our parking lot because we received a notice that our handicap parking space was not van accessible and it had to be. I went over this with the rep who came out to look at the area to provide an estimate, I even provided him with the ADA notice showing the necessary measurements. Long story short the parking lot was not done correctly, even after 2 attempts. (1) They completed the seal coat, which turned out fine, but they did not replace our reserved stenciling, nor did they stencil the handicapped parking space, (2) They came back and did the stencil after I sent a email bringing it to their attention, but they did not make it a van accessible space, which was the reason we had it done in the first place, and the pole sign was incorrect, (3) they came back and provided the correct pole sign, and to fix the handicap space, they took up another complete parking space 9 ft and stripped it yellow. Now we already have limited parking, why would we want them to dedicate a whole extra complete parking space when the ADA requirement is 5ft, it looks goofy and I've had multiple patients speak on it. Even if they felt there was a problem with the space, someone should have reached out to me with a suggestion, instead of assuming that we wanted it this way. I measured the space myself and it should have worked out the right way. After over a month of going back and forth through emails, it was apparent that they weren't going to fix it. If you decide to do business with them, make sure you BOTH have a clear understanding on the outcome, because if it is done wrong good luck on getting them to correct it.
