This is an amazing place, well laid out, excellent climate control, very friendly staff very clean, , extremely safe & up to code on all Covid measures. These guys really helped me out, such kind helpful people. My movers never arrived to move all my furniture from my 26” truck & Victoria, Ace Storage staff, gave me the number for a moving company that happily sent 4 guys immediately to unload my truck. Even though we went over my allotted appointment time, Ace was extremely accommodating & took the stress out of moving. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for safe, friendly & competitive prices, I really can’t say enough good things about this place. Ace, you guys rock!

I've been here over a year. I love this place. Dan the owner is great! Staff soo nice .You need a work space or storage this is the best!! Located right off freeways. Load up and go anywhere.
Highly recommend this facility! All of the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. The units are a really good value, best ones I’ve found in the Phoenix area! They also work with you if you need help, at one point I had missed my payment due to my dad being in the hospital and when I told them why I missed it, they immediately waived the late fees I had accrued. It’s also super convenient to make payments as they offer automatic payment as well as an online payment portal. They definitely know how to provide world class customer service and treat you like a friend. I have already recommended this facility to my family and will continue to do so! If you need a storage unit, don’t go anywhere but Ace Storage. :)
