Advanced Fountains and Pools was a 5 star experience! Mike was prompt, courteous and on time (if not early). He communicates well and returns calls and texts. WOW! What great service! I was in need of a pump replacement for my fountain and after waiting for over 2 weeks for a response from one of the larger fountain companies, I searched the internet and decided to give Mike's company a try based on the good reviews he had received. And I am so glad I did! After my initial phone call, Mike came out within 2 hours to assess the needed repairs. He provided me a firm quote later that same day and I was promptly scheduled for the pump replacement. On the scheduled day, Mike kept me advised via text msg about his arrival time (which was just as promised) and he completed the repairs efficiently and professionally. I am extremely pleased with the job Mike did. Thanks, Mike!
