I attended this school for half year. Most of schedules focus on Chinese airline program students, They don't much care about students who registered individually. Syllabus and checklists of the school were pretty good, but if you have some problem they push it to managers. It takes more than 2 months to get only one document you need from school. I know and understand there are rules for flight and training, but school treats students coercively, not customer.

Before I started flight training with AeroGuard in November of 2018, I was debating whether to choose AeroGuard or ATP. ATP would have definitely been an easier choice to save me 2 hours a day of commuting, but when I was interviewing the school, I never felt like I was more than dollar signs to them. I’ve always felt like AeroGuard was more interested in seeing me succeed on a personal level and not just as another student signing up for the program. Lots of support from the instructors as a whole not just your personal instructor and tons of encouragement from the staff and fellow students!

I attended this school for a year. The instruction plan was great i unfortunately was terminated from the program for my own reasons. the school lesson plan was great everyone is friendly and happy to help but once a problem came up no one wanted to help and simply pushed away the situation to other managers. Scheduling lacks attention to detail and would schedule students on wrong planes or with instructors from different campuses in other states. For Example: One of the managers in pathway was out for medical reason and a manager (S.Ashley) was suppose to help out with answering emails and so forth well this S.Ashely never response back to any emails and when asked best way of communication he would in fact say email. Fast forward to the beginning of this year i've been attempting to reach out to get my student loan refunded but behold a company so quick to ask for the money now seems that they cant refunded it or doesn't want to. I've done all the paperwork in person i believe in Jan or Feb and to this day May 20, 2020 nothing has moved forward. When i called to speak with a person in finance no answer never answers the phone not even a call back after voicemails. I have to call HR/Secretary to call the person to get her to call me back. She then goes on to tell me that i would only receive 26k if the 88k amount as if i used 60k to get my PPL i was like WHAT?!?!?! (again lack of attention to detail) When i told her thats not right she then goes back in and get back to me and tells me that in fact that was incorrect and i would get refunded 63K this was May 6th we are on may 20th not one ring nor email or anything.

Been in Aircraft Maintenance at AeroGuard as a mechanic and a Return to Service Inspector for 10 year. They always do complete and 1st rate maintence and repairs on their fleet of aircraft.
