The medical providers at Affiliated dermatology are personable, thoroughly and proactive about their patient’s skin health. I don’t use any of their esthetic service instead I’m a skin cancer patient and I am confident that I will receive competent care from start to finish for any services necessary.

I would have given them 5 stars but have been trying to make an appointment for being a return patient and I pressed 4 then 1 as instructed. I waited 30 minutes then left my number to be the next return call and that was 3 hours ago. I decided to call back and be a new patient. The call was answered immediately so I am assuming my phone number got lost in phone computerland. I explained what happened and the very nice receptionist said, she would let IT know.

Scheduled an appt to remove a skin tag. Quoted 150 for the removal. When I arrived, was charged 213 for an office visit, plus an additional 158 for the removal... 371 in total. Asked for a detailed billing w/ CPT codes... can’t reach the location and central billing has not received the detailed billing from the location, nor do they know who the mgr. of the location is or a number. Requested a call from corporate. Tag removal took less than 5 minutes. They didn’t fully cauterize the wound, saturated my shirt with blood. Integrity and patient care take a backseat to revenue at Affiliated Dermatology.

The office location is located in a nice area and easy to find. The office space was clean and everyone was nice and professional. I had issues with setting up an account on their portal prior to my appointment. The front desk receptionist offered to help me but I believe we both forgot about it before I left the appointment.

I had my yearly Mole Check. I had to have a few biopsied. Surprisingly everything went well. I don't recall if it was Jennifer or Jessica, but they were both Awesome - I didn't feel a thing, which is ALWAYS Great! (give the one that gives the shots a PICKLE! a reward system in the office) Staff is very Pleasant and Helpful. Appointments are Flexible and Easy to make. Whole family goes here and do Highly recommend to Everyone
