I was excited to come here. It came highly recommended. Scheduling was a breeze and the staff was nice. When I came in, the front desk ladies we nice and welcoming, my nurse was sweet as well. However, while I waited, my exam room door was left open and the back nurses station was having a very candid conversation... one of which I didn’t find professional at all. I understand we all banter at work, but it shouldn’t be done within ear shot. She was discussing politics and very loudly used the “F” word. Again, I hear this word all the time, out at stores, whatever... but I don’t expect it in a professional setting. After her comment a nurse walked by and closed my door. I could still hear her... and again while waiting cursed more. I was seen, and in 10 minutes was on my way. I suppose it was a fine experience, but I will not be returning.

My experience with Dr. Daniel Cooper and his staff were an enjoyable and informative experience. Dr. Cooper took his time to explain the procedure called Urolift, along with the positive and negatives involved. I live in Las Vegas, NV, and I made a special trip to see Dr. Cooper. I will be returning in April 2020 to do the Urolift procedure with Dr. Cooper.

Doctor Martin is an awesome doctor. I flew all the way from Afghanistan and he saw me right away took care of my issues so I can go back into the war zone. I want to thank Dr. Martin and his entire staff for the compassion professionalism that they showed me and my family during my procedures.

My appointment was good. However, the rescheduling of my follow up appointment was/is a Huge problem. My doctor requested that I return in 6 weeks, my appointment was set at 6 months out! That needs to be changed.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The fact that I have called repeatedly to have a prescription that I need moved to a location that is accessible 4-6 times, over the course or 1-2 months, being told every time they would call me back within the next two days, and never do. Then when I am in excessive pain, unable to walk or leave my shower....I call the dr on call... to be treated with snide and scathing hostility that this is not the time to call about prescription management... because 3am is the time I want to feel this way. Alone. With out prescribed medication to manage it. Thank you affiliated urology, for really setting the standard for empathy towards congenital disease. Bravo! I am sorry I disturbed you peaceful rest, I hope it gives you a small insight into what your negligence puts your patients through daily. Unfortunately we can’t hang up on our suffering. Sweet dreams!
