This is an old school place. So you need to know how to handle the owner and treat the people...understand that it's nothing personal or anything, just a different way of acting. Having said that, this place rocks! It's the best place in town to find classic or modern classic mercedes parts.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! That's all i have to say.
Who ever answers the phone over there was very rude and made no effort what so ever to help me out with my question. Told me they were closed when I was on the phone with her and hung up when I asked if there was someone else I could speak to. I haven't even been to the place yet to see if they have what I need and am already hesitant to go due to the phone conversation. If I could give negative stars for this I would. Never in my life have I had a business that I was on the phone with be so quick to hang up and not help a potential customer. Really the whole experience was aggravating and if I did not desperately need to find this part I wouldn't pursue it. Not looking forward to having to go there. I can only hope that when I do I'm not stuck dealing with the incompetent waste of time that I spoke to prior. If any one knows a different place I could go to find a replacement sunroof for an 04 c230 I'd be very grateful.
Love this place, the yard is full of great parts if you are willing to search. Not for the meek.
STAY AWAY. Barely spoke english, was insulting. after I said what mercedes I had she said I don't have that care you idiot!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? WOW, customer service at its finest!!! AVOID THESE \IDIOTS
