Really enjoyed working with the staff here. Sharai was super responsive and very quick at getting our quote, answering our questions, and scheduling survey/install times. The board came out exactly as we had hoped and the proofing process was very easy thanks to Brian. I was really happy with the install team as well (wish I had grabbed their names!)-- very professional and polite. They worked with us to get exactly what we wanted and did it quickly! The only constructive feedback I have is that there was some miscommunication between what was covered in the initial quote regarding material used/not used that resulted in us getting a second, higher quote than the first. I wish the initial quote and materials quoted had been explained properly before our deposit was paid, and before the survey where someone discussed material options. Overall it was a minor thing for us, but the several hundred dollar price difference may have been an issue for someone else. Definitely would recommend!
