Fantastic service! Herb really knows antennas and his experience shows! After another company who claimed to install antennas made 3 attempts to get it right and still couldn’t, it took Herb only one glance in our attic to know them issue and tell me what needed to be done. He responded quickly to my call, had an opening in just a few days, and arrived on time. He had the needed equipment already on his truck, gave me the options, moved the antenna to our roof, replaced the splitter, and recommended a device to send OTA signal to the TV’s without a coax outlet. He was efficient, done quickly, and was kind enough to wear a mask inside our home without even being requested. He double and triple checked that we had a strong signal on all TV’s before leaving and he even vacuumed the floor where he worked! Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs an antenna install! Herb is the best. We made an appointment and he arrived on time. He installed the proper antenna in our attic, and we are able to receive all the Phoenix stations as well as some from Tucson and Prescott. The reception quality is excellent. He also cleaned up the mess of wires left by the “professional audio-video company”. He also left our home cleaner than he found it. I highly recommend his services.
I contacted Antenna MediX a few weeks ago. Got a response asking me a few questions about my installation. I replied within a day. I have not heard anything since. No follow up emails, calls or texts. This is horrible customer service. I do not recommend this company for your antenna installation. There are many more out there who really want your business.
