Been a customer service since 2013, now the cakes taste horrible! Too sweet and not a good flavor. The decoration we asked was way off, we asked for a decoration for a girl and the cake looked the opposite like a boys cake. Quite disappointed will make sure the whole family never comes here again.

Love their cakes! Ive ordered online a few times and never had an issue. However I ordered a cake this past weekend for my sons celebration and when i got there they said they never got the order that i had ordered it for another day and that i probably ordered it at another location. So i showed them the email they sent me where they confirmed my order it had the right date and location. They just told me they didn’t have my order and didn’t do anything about it. I understand things like this might happen sometimes but you should maybe offer a solution next time and update your system i was very disappointed with their service.

I was standing in line waiting to get helped. Someone else comes in an they completely skipped me. I stood there and watched the cashiers chat with no sense of urgency one of them was packing a cake kind of grossed me out because she was touching her face as she was packing the order so I just walked out.

Small place, baked goods are good but not much variety. I didn't see any Mexican chucherias/snacks which I was kinda looking forward to. But staff was very friendly.

Change your times if your going to be closed it’s 8:08 and you guys are closed your online time says 830pm for today. I drove 30 mins just to not find this place open. Smh
