Instead of contacting you they just keep adding late fees at 60 per month by mail... Ya I forgot, but a courtesy call would have been nice before they charged me.

We’ve never had any issues with the electric in our apartment!! Bills are always paid on time and so we’ve never had an experience with them shutting our power off or “punishing” us for overdue payments. They offer a variety of electric plans, depending on how much you use. They seem to be pretty straightforward and clear on how things go. They also have an app you can use to keep track of things. Paperless and automatic billing, text and email notifications are all very helpful and appropriate! Happy with our service!

I received an almost 180 bill as a person who lives alone with no internet, television and ehose gone most the day and its turns out this is a deposit they did not collect after running my credit. I knew from the initial encounter that this would be a horrible experience im already planning to avoid areas they operate in for the near future.

I bought a new HVAC system and thought I would qualify for some sort of rebate since everyone that I've known that has purchased one has always told me make sure I call for the rebate. Called this morning and found out that unless the company is on their hand selected list, the new units are not qualified. As far as I know, if you're installing HVAC systems I would assume you'd have to be licensed under the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, so why does it matter which company does the job. This company's a joke. Prices are crazy high and pricing strategy is confusing as hell. On top of that, they only appear to want to help the consumer but in reality it's all just a cash grab for them. I would hate to work at this company and constantly have to tell people \I'm sorry but because of policy XYZ you don't qualify for this rebate or this pricing plan\. Now I know why some people will refuse to buy houses where the electric has to come from APS.

Another form of legalized extortion in Arizona. This company's excessive fees are ridiculous.
